Our stamping and assembly partner Delzen runs progressive and transfer presses with fully in-house tool design, then takes parts through welding — spot, MIG/MAG, laser and clinching — flow tapping and 0-defect assembly, finishing with washing/degreasing, surface treatment and mechatronics integration. It's a capability that lets us cover a part's full journey from stamped blank to finished, tested assembly under one roof.
The partner runs two plants — Douvrin in France and Banská Bystrica in Slovakia — with around 100 people and roughly €20 million in turnover, certified to IATF 16949 and EcoVadis-rated for sustainability. Applications span automotive (engine, body and interior components), electromobility (stamped parts for EV battery systems, produced through the Delviatek/Elvia joint venture), industrial equipment, construction and retail, including stainless-steel food boxes.
